PREPARATION
Start with a clean, weed-free seedbed by spraying or tilling existing vegetation. Remove excessive thatch and expose bare soil to maximize seed-to-soil contact. Ready Plot™ is designed to simplify planting, but proper site preparation remains the key to a successful food plot.
SOIL TEST & FERTILITY
Conduct a soil test whenever possible and adjust soil pH to 6.0–7.0. Every bucket already contains Fuel™ Brassicas + Clover fertilizer, providing the nutrients needed to support early establishment. Lime should still be applied as recommended by your soil test if pH correction is needed.
PLANTING RATE
One 27.5 lb. Bucket
Plants up to ⅛ acre
Broadcast the entire bucket evenly over the recommended planting area.
PLANTING DEPTH
Plant ¼ inch deep or less. After broadcasting, lightly cultipack, roll, or drag the area to improve seed-to-soil contact. Do not bury the seed deeper than ¼ inch.
TIMING
Plant approximately 60–90 days before your area's average
first frost, once soil temperatures have cooled below 70°F. Planting just ahead
of a soaking rainfall provides the best conditions for rapid germination and
establishment.
MOISTURE
Plant into adequate soil moisture or immediately before a soaking rainfall. Consistent moisture during establishment promotes rapid germination, vigorous early growth, and maximum performance from both the seed and fertilizer.

Before opening the bucket, shake it thoroughly to evenly redistribute the Trophy Acre™ seed and Fuel™ fertilizer. Seed may settle during shipping or storage, and proper mixing helps ensure consistent coverage across the entire planting area.

Ready Plot™ Trophy Acre combines premium Trophy Acre™ food plot seed and Fuel™ Brassicas + Clover fertilizer into one pre-measured, pre-blended bucket. Simply prepare your site, shake the bucket thoroughly, spread evenly, and grow.
How much area does one bucket cover?
One 27.5 lb. bucket plants ⅛ acre when spread evenly at the recommended rate.
Do I need to add fertilizer?
No. Every Ready Plot™ Trophy Acre bucket already contains Fuel™ Brassicas + Clover fertilizer, professionally matched to the included seed blend.
Do I need to mix anything before planting?
No additional products are needed, but you should shake the bucket thoroughly before spreading to evenly redistribute the seed and fertilizer.
Can I plant Ready Plot™ with a hand spreader?
Yes. Ready Plot™ is designed to be broadcast with a hand spreader, ATV spreader, UTV spreader, or other broadcast spreader.
Can I plant it without a tractor or tillage equipment?
Yes. Ready Plot™ is ideal for hunters with limited equipment. For best results, remove existing vegetation and establish good
seed-to-soil contact before planting.
