Choose the Location: Select a suitable location for application, such as around a decaying stump or an area of bare ground where deer are known to frequent. Clear the Area: Remove any debris, leaves, or vegetation from the chosen spot to ensure direct contact with the ground or stump.
Prepare the Ground: If applying to bare ground, use a rake or similar tool to rough up the soil surface to allow better absorption of the minerals.
Apply LickNGro™: Pour the LickNGro™ mineral mix evenly around the decaying stump or over the prepared bare ground area. Spread it out to cover a 3-4 foot diameter circle.
Monitor and Reapply: Check the site periodically to see how much of the mineral has been consumed. Reapply as necessary to maintain a consistent supply, especially during peak consumption periods in Spring and Summer.
Year-Round Maintenance: While LickNGro™ is especially beneficial in Spring and Summer, it can be applied year-round. Continue to monitor and refresh the mineral site to support overall herd health and attract deer throughout the year.
