BUCK RADISH
Buck Radishes have a protein content of around 20% in the roots and up to 40% in the leaves. They contain lots of vitamins and minerals that deer need during the harsh, cold months. Deer will graze on the leaves during the early season and dig up the roots during the colder parts of your season. These radishes produce lots of tonnage making them better suited for smaller plots. They are also very beneficial for your soil. Farmers have started utilizing radishes more and more as a cover crop to benefit their soil.
